Where to acquire Moto in the US? How did you size?

I don't think there's any US stockists of Moto (though I could be wrong?), so a proxy might be the only option. They have a 1, 2, 3 size system, which is pretty much US 8, 9, 10. Kinda out of luck if you're outside that range. Their shoes are incredibly nice, especially for the price.
