yeah, i agree. i will need to do something, the thickness/stiffness of it definitely doesn't look good yet. its by far the nicest leather i've ever handled, though.
also, re-porter is amazing, and everybody should buy something from him.

Even though it might become annoying I would constantly wear it around the house all day for a couple weeks. I did that with my Visvim denim jacket for about 2-3 weeks and its become better fitting, I do the same thing with jeans until they settle.
