    meh, it's the angle. my back arches quite a bit - i've got a 7.5 inch drop or so...not so big, but def not total ruler. pants are for sure pretty tight though :p

    thanks for input tho - my "posing" always feels pretty awkward

    Yeah, that makes sense. Probably a mild case of anterior pelvic tilt (i.e., your hips tilt forward). You can change that by stretching your hip flexors (the muscles on the front of the legs right below the hipbones) and strengthening your glutes (squats, leg presses, &c.).

    Also, if you do anything silly and ineffective like leg lifts (which people think is a good ab exercise) or decline crunches, stop. They don't do anything for you anyway.

    That's if you want to do anything about it, obviously, and if it's not just that one photo. Most people don't bother unless it's severe enough to cause them pain or discomfort.
