Thanks! I love the brand’s aesthetic but nothing in my rotation yet.
Yeah, they do some really interesting stuff - there's always a few pieces each season that are pretty much best in kind. Once you get past the few obviously great pieces, I do find that a lot of the rest of the collection can be a slight bit banal. Not bad, but just a bit boring and therefore not quite meriting the relatively high asking price. NMWA's buys are always good, however, so you can mostly find the best stuff there. And the easy cardigans are always highlights.
Sizing can also be inconsistent, I find, although I do think that they've recently been taking steps to address that.

FS: Inis Meain Boatbuilder, Size XL, Dark Grey Donegal that I think is called "meath".

Purchased from someone else who said they hadn't worn, I have just tried on a couple times, it's a bit too short for me. Amazing sweater, if it was an XXL I'd keep, just doesn't quite work. $275 shipped. Great for staring off into the middle distance.

I have a brand new pair of Rota (not NMWA) up for sale, direct from Rota with all the accoutrements.

I'm really just trying to get these off my hands so I can forget the whole ordeal, so make me a (fair) offer.

Bumping my Bumfreezer and Nesta Falck raincoat.

Both still available

I've been doing some closet cleaning and have a couple Norwegian Rain pieces to post up.

First up is an XL Bumfreezer in army green with a slight herringbone weave to it. I bought this a few years back (maybe the first year that NMWA stocked the Bumfreezer?) and wore it quite frequently in the fall and spring but it's still in excellent condition and I'm only getting rid of it because I recently purchased the orange hopsack version.

$700 shipped within the U.S.

Next up is an XL Nesta Falck raincoat in the green camouflage pattern. I bought this one last year through the pre-order and as much as I loved it, I felt like it was just too oversized for me (I lost about 40 pounds due to exercise and diet changes between the time I placed the pre-order and when I received it, so I should have probably gone with a Large). I wore it maybe 2 or 3 times out of the house. I'm including a Norwegian Rain quilted "universal removable arctic liner" that I bought from NMWA shortly after I received the jacket. The liner is indeed very warm (I had one in my M-65 parka as well). Both the raincoat and the liner are essentially new tags.

$700 shipped within the U.S. (I'd also be willing to trade with somebody who has a Large Nesta Falck)
