Definitely not too young, but Gallinotto has always been one of Mauro's more extracted/entry-level Barolos. It's got the backbone to age more but is an "immediate" style - fairly plush and ready to drink pretty early on even if 2013 was a more delicate iteration.Don’t know if this was too old or too young. It smelled great and had a lucious mouthfeel (TWSS?? ). Second glass was better than first.

I was showing my 15 year old what his ghetto dad used to get up to when he was 15. Subway ride to the Skate Rink or Basketball court with the boys, followed up by a White Castle feast that would cost about $20 for 6-7 kids.
