The Official Thrift / Discount Store Bragging Thread Part III (Sept 2018-)

Need a little help with this one, Gucci experts. Picked it up in a tiny animal-rescue thrift that's in an uber-rich demographic. They had it priced low, presuming it was a fake, but if it is, someone's done a really good job of knocking off many of the details. The full-out logos on the chest threw me for a bit, until I did some research and learned tha the Gucci/Balenciaga collab was all about "logo mania". Anyway, Gucci experts, please confirm or deny Fugaziness, as this is not an area of my expertise. Doesn't matter either way, as the local consignment store will take it, fugazi or not, but would be nice to know what the auth/non-auth clues are. TIA!

Always gotta say i could Be wrong but there’s a couple things that make me think twice. Can’t find this exact sweater yet tho
The tags look kinda off as well as font, pretty sure the size tag should be with the care tags and from what I’ve seen from that collab they had a special Gucci x Balenciaga neck tag. I’ll correct myself if i can Find this exact piece

OK, so I promised last week I'd have a post this week, and the "event" I was referring too was the sales at a couple of my favorite consignment stores: one 60% off lowest marked, the other 75% of lowest marked. This makes for less-than-thrift-store prices on some items that already had decent markdowns. But while I was down there, I hit a couple of my honey-hole thrifts too. I had not been to a Crossroads in over a year I’m glad I stopped on a whim today. I wonder if you’re impatient or rude to the staff they price your stuff bottom dollar.

Also I’ve been thinking about some of the most memorable items found in the life of the thrift thread. One for me is the Guidi bag Mr. Moo found wayyy back in the day.
