Yep, I'm with Frenchy on this one: the vinyl audio guys are a special kind of crazy, especially when it comes to turntables. I once had to cough up a painful $300 refund on a turntable I had covered with enough bubble wrap to bounce it down a hill. Still arrived with a crack in the plastic and was deemed "item arrived damaged" by the buyer. Since then, I have shipped only one (because it was a Garrard 301 that went out at $3K+), and, once the transport screws were battened down, I dismantled every other part of it that moved, took the arm off the plinth, the cartridge off the arm, wrapped the platter and lid separately, and bubble-wrapped them in multiple boxes inside other boxes. That one worked out OK, but I ain't doing that again (unless there's equivalent margin), as it took half a day just to pack. Not doin' that for $300. Same with audiophile speakers, the big ones. Now I sell those only locally. Just too much of a pain to deal with otherwise. Plus, the (thrifted) Sonos speakers I have in the house now are, like, 95% as good as my most robust audiophile speakers (currently Dahlquist DQM-9s). It's not like the days when everyone had crappy sound except the audiophiles. Now, most of it is pretty damn good. Heck, even my Roku Streambar has exceptional, crisp sound, with superlative vocal articulation, and it was under $100 new.Yo that thing belongs back here.
$200 was a fair offer I don't think he was trying to screw you, having said that because it's so mint I think you can move it for 300 on local ads.
Bro,DO NOT ship.
Even if nothing goes wrong during shipping ,to get it to to ship problem free is a huge, and I mean huge pain **********.
And even then these are so fragile you're just asking for it.speaking from experience .
Found a few more things - the suits are N/A, needed a few for work and the thrift delivered! Know that GA isn’t the best quality, but at 0.4% of retail, and they fit, no complaints. Plus they’re either current or super recent.

also picked up a Bertello pizza oven for 6% of retail... still no backyard to use it in yet with this damn housing market though.

The GA Wallstreet suits may in fact be from the full canvas line, which is the good stuff. High retail on those ones.
Shoutout whoever dumped this at B/E
What was the sticker price? I'm sure we're all dying to calculate just how jacked that guy got..
