A few good finds these last couple of days.

And this rolled out on a rack right in front of me this morning. Grabbed it fast but, given the looks I was getting from a few other folks in the store, I was a little worried I was going to get jumped in the parking lot

I think this is from 1951, based on the code. Aside from the fur trim being a little dried out, a missing button and a couple of small pulls in the back, it's pretty mint for 70 year old piece of outerwear!

Best part, I took the Them album out to listen to it tonight and found a second record in the cover; looks to be a first pressing of “blowin’ your mind” by Van Morrison.

One of my locals had autographed posters of Chris Chelios and Wayne Gretzky. Sadly, they had them priced over EBay comps.

I thought this might be a native American spear tip, looks more likely to be a Pre-historic hand axe (thanks, Google Lens!).

Does anyone know how to identify this guy further?? Is it legit?

Picked from an early/mid 19th Century farm house estate sale, for peanuts.

How big is the rock? I'm not an expert, but it looks like a source stone used for knapping. Basically, you'd hit the source stone with a denser rock to remove long flakes that could them be further shaped into arrow heads, knives or spear tips. It was a common technique used with flint and obsidian to create tools. That ridge around the right end of your rock looks like multiple layers or flakes were removed.
