question, i've gone to a fair amount of concerts in my life. and there's always dudes out on the street selling bootlegs. 30 years from a concert, the line between legit concert T and bootleg becomes blurred. point being, i have no idea if this shirt was bought from a concert vendor or some guy on the street. same goes for many other concert T's i've seen that are now worth money.

just curious if there's tell tale signs of real vs. bootleg in general.

oh and to annoy everyone here... i'm back to my "i don't flip" phase. i left a dream theater 2011 tour shirt. not worth all that much, but of course if you hold onto it for another 10 years, it might be. despite liking prog music, i can't get into that band. and a post malone 2019 tour shirt. again, not worth all that much. i actually like post malone, but i'm 48 years old. i'm not wearing it. LOL!

the pic with your toe-thumb in it shows the *single stitch* lol . it's on the hem of the sleeve !

you're totally good ,

it's pandemic - itis. i call it - wait for it - pandemonium !

shake it off . your'e still golden .

Dating myself here, used to be everything was bootleg, no official merchandise in the venue. Saw Bowie at the Fox theater(Atlanta), bought a T shirt from a dude in a van in the parking lot. Washed it and the Bowie Diamond Dog was gone and it was a Blue Oyster Cult T, wash again and it was Jojo Gunn, they just silk screen right over their old T's with who ever was in town that week. Sadly it either disintegrated from wear or one of my ex's upgraded my wardrobe and threw it out

Older model Retro Cardigan. My guess would be late 90s, per the MiUSA and purple trim. Is there another tag with a style number on it? Those usually also have the season/year code (like FA99, S0 (2000), SP11(2011), etc…

Edit, here’s the tag from my Fall 1998 one that appears to be the same style as yours. This tag is in the left side seam around waist level.

Indeed.
What's a realistic asking price for these.

Dang those Retro cardis go for a lot!

If I had to guess what it would actualize on the market, I'd be more conservative.. around $300. I think the lack of a chest label reduces it slightly, as well as that specific of a color. However, when listing, you can always shoot for the moon. Someone might have to have it!

Just my 2 cents as a Patagonia collector and reseller.

I haven't found anything lately...but I also been spending time with the not g/f and so I haven't been making my normal rounds. I did stumble across this the other day: Pioneer SX-525. The wooden case is in great condition, no scratches on the faceplate, there was almost no dust inside, no blown fuses and all the bulbs work. I hit the metal parts with Brasso and Howards Restor-A-Finish on the case and despite the crappy pics (I hate this camera - son borrowed my regular camera) it looks nice and really shines. Going to order DIN adapters today so I can connect speakers

With 17 watts of power, it's no monster but it is cap coupled and supposedly has a nice warm sound so it will do fine for those who don't have cavernous sized rooms or someone looking to get into vintage audio.

And I do plan on selling this one
