I didn’t know they’ve used so many. Explains a lot though, the stuff I’ve found from them has been alllll over the place. Some of it is not so great, and some of it is really good. Like this calf skin nubuck (?) blouson I found a year ago,I wear itat least once a week.

Agreed! Big fan of some of their outerwear pieces. Strange brand.

I got a chance to go to the city over the long weekend and spend a lot of time thrifting while my wife caught up with her friends. Did pretty well, by my standards at least.

I rarely find decent shoes, so to find all these in the space of an hour or so was gob-smacking. I left behind three pairs of Grenson brogues too, because they were made In India and a couple of pairs of suede Church's because they looked too far gone.

Cleverley lazy man. The size has been rubbed off these; is there a way I can figure it out from measurements?

Two grail shoes; CP leather sneakers, one black, one blue. Sadly neither are my size, so the hunt continues.

Leyva loafers, which look as new. I've only ever seen belts from this company. I bought them thinking they'd fit, but they are too narrow for me.

Zegna wool/cash/silk suit. Has Zegna changed their labels lately? Neither of these looked familiar.

Shirts. Ledbury, Aspesi and a femme John Smedley.

Vintage perfumes for my collection. Two after shaves: Hermès Equipage and Givenchy Gentleman. The GG is unopened. The Hermès looks a little suss, but smells fine. Also an unused boxed set of the long-discontinued and quite rare 4711 Sir. The box comes with a couple of games including chess. Some stupid person stuck the price tag to the bottle label with sticky tape, so it got damaged when they took it off. Some people should not be allowed anywhere near vintage items.

Finally a book for the grandkids, a classic from my childhood. As far as I can work out, this is the Australian first edition.
