General rule of thumb for flipping: buy the Fluevogs. They have a cult-like following, cost a bundle new, and the wilder the styles (especially in women's shoes - some of the heels are freaking bizarro), the higher they go. Do your research before laying down your dough, natch.

My favorite part about Fluevogs is the message found on some of the soles: "Resists alkali, water, acid, fatigue and Satan."

Well, I'm sure they'll be there in the morning. Guess I'll grab them. I saw the completed listings ranged from not worth kopping to could be decent profit. But I didn't find any of the same style to compare against. Could either be a good thing or mean a flop.

Browsing through the baseballs cards there seem to be a pretty good spread of cards that wouldn't probably be in here if these were pilfered through already. Didn't realize how many cards fit into one shoebox, haha.

In the field - Please can someone confirm what I think I already know about this Hermes tie? Feels fake to me but never seen one in the wild before...

Thank you for replying. May I ask what makes you think it's legit? It feels rather...uninspiring to look at and feel. Bit concerned that it's just a good fake.

Not the same pattern, but close. Their woven ties are tagged differently. Should have a small square/rectangle with the hermes logo on the front of the small blade as well. If I were home I'd shoot you some more pics of one of mine for verification.

I'd say half of the H's I have feel uninspiring and 90% of the ones I look at in the shop are the same.

You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for the advice. Just sneaked out of work and bought it. Can't go wrong for £2.99 eh :)

Still blown away by how supportive everyone is in this thread. Thanks again :slayer:
