1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Oh, so would I! We don't get exotic items like Cucinello or Loro Piana.

I wish I could find an Anderson & Sheppard overcoat once a week, I would be laughing all the way to the bank.

Decided to thrift in LA while on vacation. Mostly was a bust (in terms of how many stores i hit to what i got ratio) but I did get some gems. Some fodder but here were the highlights

I had one of those in red seersucker in my cart the other day and I put it back. I think I fucked that up.

"thousands" of dollars is ambitious, to be honest, especially for a blend.

    Its fucking ugly. But no.

Come back and visit tomorrow! :D

    Holy shit that Vacca jacket!

That thing would be so much better if everything was misspelled.

Second that. That leather just shines. The first EZ is beautiful too.

i thought i had known all the thrift stores in a 20 mile radius of here by now, but I found one today that I had missed for the past 8 years or so. Some of these had dates on the tag from February 2015!! A $7 NWOT Charvet on the rack for 18 months….jesus. I literally had to knock the dust off of them.

brunello is fairly easy to find since it's sold retail here. I'm betting I have been through over 100k suits on racks and have NEVER found anything from the row. EVER

^^^ hm. they outlet cucci here and retail as well but i've only ever found a sweater and polo shirt. been waiting for that tailoring pop for some time. heck i'd take wimmenz if i could find it...

on the other hand i've found several SR pieces, including full suits from some of the harder-to-find houses. that's thrifting for you i guess.
