1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

At first I thought you were referring just to the color. Then I noticed the tongue. Those are crazy

Can any Levi experts help me out? It's probably nothing special but found this vintage belt today. I'm assuming made in USA? Any idea of age? Only a quid so I won't cry if it's nothing spesh.

Not based on that. H&S is part of the Tom James group IIRC and most likely the suit was a Tom James mtm which aren't that special. I made that mistake early on... It's still here taking up space.

My first really good estate sale (bordering an estate salening). 8AM sale, perfect morning workout. Glad i lined up for this one (first in line, got there at 6 lol)

Piece de resistance - Signed Serena Williams racquet for $250 with certificate of authenticity. Taking a gamble on this since I know jack squat about sports memorabilia but it seems the supply is very limited (can't find one currently for sale)

The menswear (for a total of $200) more photos tonight. Sad, all his suits were unvented, custom from a local guy:
Ties: 1x hermes, 2x charvet, 2x gucci, 3x ricci, 1x brioni, 1x zegna, 1x burberry with classic print
Shoes: Gucci brown monkstrap, gamo bit loafer drivers, size 10D
    Shirts: 2x zegna, 1 x eton, 1 x skeet
    Pants: 2x Zanella (no pee!)

Sort of off topic maybe, but for future reference non-polar solvents typically work great at removing non-water based glue (at least from solid surfaces, never tried it on cloth). Example: zippo fluid is great for removing violation stickers like these:

Just let it soak in wait a couple of minutes then you can peal it off in one piece. Then use more fluid and paper towels to clean up the glue left on the window. The best part is the sticker stays sticky for a while before the fluid dries. So if your evil, take the opportunity to slap it on something that will get the rent-a-cop on a power trip in trouble. Not advocating that, but I like to point out options.

More appropriate to this thread would be removing discount stickers from an item.

My fault, jumped the gun while flipping through the ties, just saw the left side. Didn't realize Hermes didn't make 7-fold [IMG]
