Well Tuscon thrifting treated me well. Three stores and four goods.

Two Aldens one with Ripple sole. Pair of AE Patriots. and Levis Greenline Selvedge.

I need help on the Levis though. They fit me like a glove and I'd love to know how to find another pair on the bay.

Here are specs:

501
Greenline Selvedge
Real Leather Patch
and the rest in the picture.

I'm in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire.
Paxman lives in a nearby village called Stonor.

The thrifting here varies. You can find nice things sometimes but certain shops (Oxfam here & British Heart Foundation in Marlow) have ridiculous prices.
Usually the the smaller towns in Oxfordshire or Berkshire have more realistic prices but not such good quality.

Pretty sure Fueco lives there too. :foo:

Spoo, G, like this?

RLPL velvet jacket, thrift
Jill Sander t-neck, thrift
Luxaire
Carmina, B&S

Capital E was Levi's 'premium' selvedge line before they started doing LVC repro stuff. i've only ever seen 501s and i'm pretty sure it's from the 90s.

Also, some one was asking about my Luxaire purchase the other day. These are pretty much the perfect pair of trousers. They are a copy of a pair of Gant by Michael Bastian that I picked up last year. I swapped out the belt loops for side adjusters and added a single forward pleat. Order number is #13553 in case anybody else is looking for the perfect staple gray flannels.

That Bogner (Goan) was a nice grab!

I've used Luxire for the past couple of years for printing pocket squares, shirts, pants, and a bag. I just placed an order this week for a few shirts and another pair of pants. Are those the standard grey flannel ($99.99)? Also, @varietygoods, @eazye, and anyone else that has (or will) be posting thrift fits: enter the contest! Up for grabs is a free pocket square. Deadline is next week! http://www.styleforum.net/t/508713/thrift-thread-fit-contest-1/0_30

Those are nice must have belonged to the same guy who donated this.
They marked it as is because it was missing buttons...which were on the pocket of course.

Glad you like them, just ordered the same thing!

Re: contest, I even called you out in it! Original post spoilered below:

My apologies to @eazye: he won a thrift thread fit pic contest that I hosted a couple of months ago. His prize was a handmade pocket square from his choice of fabric. Well, I was busy with life and then kind of forgot to do it...so I completed it last night. As a result of my forgetfulness, I made another one in order to host another contest. It has its own thread:

http://www.styleforum.net/t/508713/thrift-thread-fit-contest-1/0_30

Throw your best, cheap fit together and submit a picture. I'm not sure how much participation there will be, but I think it would be fun to have one every couple of weeks. Maybe the winner of this one can start the next and offer up a small prize. We'll see!

Here is eazy's new pocket square (I'll be sending it to you soon!):
