Personally I like the back buckle but you can get a seam ripper for a few bucks and remove the stitching yourself but you’re also going to have to deal with the rivets.

I was hoping the rivits were just attached to the buckle and not the jeans. Any suggestions if there not.

Looks great. Did you cut the tabs off or have a taylor remove them?

Not my jeans. They belong to a member of sufu, Maynard.

In a separate post he noted that he unstitched the straps, eased of the rivets, and stitched an indigo thread over the small holes.

I'm sure it's quite a small job. I'll be doing the same to my RRL denim jacket when I get the chance.

Low likelihood on restock. Would also say a lot of what they put on their site wasn’t truly available. Very typical for this company.

I placed quite a few orders and only about 10% of the items have shipped. I've had about 10% get canceled too
