Hi, can someone advice how Rick Owens' blazers fit—size down, up, TTS?

Eg. something like this:

regarding weird rick on yoox

got this one (rakuten link just for the reference) - https://global.rakuten.com/en/store/kind-u/item/8001000073614/

it came without the tags, with a season lettering barely visible, and the weirdest thing was the inner tags that look pre-ss17 (also, attached pretty raw, sewn in to the sweater).

the similar cases were recently discussed on SZ in "legit checks" thread as well.

not sure what to think of it... yoox selling fakes is something i just can't imagine.

My suggestion was not that Yoox was knowingly selling fakes, but that they could have obtained product from distributors that wasn't legit. There are lots of points in the supply chain where things could get weird.

When I see 0-0-0 I think “castles long” because of chess notation.

idk, the sweater is very well made and comparing it to the pics found online nothing seems off, apart from the tags. the cut, the details, it just can't be a ******* replica. it even smells familiar to other ricks i have lol.

also, some people say 0-0-0 on tags means it's a sample, but is it confirmed? or just a theory someone started?

I was told that smelling Rick items is one of the best authentication methods.

after sleeping on it for a bit i'm almost certain that it's legit, i mean it's not some simple tee made of a mediocre cotton, this sweater has a pretty unique construction and an interesting mix of fabrics, but i just can't explain the old care tags... i wonder if they use the old ones for samples, factory seconds, etc?

Curious.. why do i keep seeing the word "replica" in here?

I don't believe Yoox would carry non-legit product, but why use the word "replica" and not "fake" or "counterfeit"?

well i'm not a native english speaker, so i just shuffle words... or maybe my subconscious is telling me that this one is too good to be called fake lol.

I was told that smelling Rick items is one of the best authentication methods.

yeah i know, that's almost as hilarious as to say that someone is stealing dyed fabrics from O&M to make a perfect rick fakes, but still...

Tomato, potato.

Also, I've seen Barney's take an online return of a cheap flannel with Saint Laurent tags sewn in and resell it to a customer. You'd have to dig through the SLP thread to find it though. I'm not saying it's common but could totally happen since we are dealing with humans.

For Rick LCW (heavy calf) leathers, what conditioning if any do people use here? I don’t go out in the rain but I have gotten the jacket wet in the time it took me to go from my car to in my house and I don’t want to wreck it. Thanks.

Hello Boys (and girls?),

I am about to buy an Rick Owens Parka (corduroy AW from 10 years ago), but the inner line is missing. What would be the chance i could find a seperate inner line for a steal?
