Just curious why would it be harder to maintain then get. I would have thought the exact opposite

Someone told me to stop counting calories and start counting chemicals....that is only put foods in my body that don't have an ingrediant list....Ive only been doing this about 3 weeks and I've got a 2-4ish pack.

Psychology my dear boy. When you have a goal it's easier to motivate yourself. And the second your body puts an ounce of fat on (which your body does fast when you're that lean) it goes right around your waist.
