While on the topic of cleaning...does anyone use anything to protect their suede CP's, specifically the chelsea's? I got the kiwi suede cleaner and protector. Got some new chelsea's I wanted to hit with it before wearing but a bit hesitant.. I don't want to discolor or anything like that...

I’ve mever had that issue with Jason Mark either

For the most part I just leave my shoes alone but I use the full cleaning liquid and brush once a year to get the salt off at the end of winter and the quick wipes if they get disgusting.
Jason Mark works fine.

Anyone use Jason Markk shoe cleaner for their white CPs (or MMM GATs)?

I read an anecdotal report that someone tried it and it "removed the finishing of the leather" somewhere.

I use Jason Markk Repel on my chelseas. If you use a light coat, as recommended, it will only slightly affect the nap. Not enough for me to care, but some on here might. No discoloration, however. In my case, I've applied it a few times now, in several coats, as I wear my chelseas frequently and in alot of snow and wet.

I misread Darkside's question earlier, but my answer still applies - I've used the Repel and cleaner on my white CPs with no noticeable damage. I think if you were to clean them too frequently or be overly aggressive in doing so, then perhaps you might see some color removed. As it stands, cracks are going to eventually form in older shoes, as is the case for my oldest pairs of CPs.

Anyone tried Jason Markk cleaner on suede chelseas? Mine are pretty beat, wondering if it's worth trying.

I use Sapphir Omni'Nettoyant, per the internet. The Markk cleaner has coconut oil in it, which may or may not be good for cleaning suede.

I personally use the Saphir Suede Care Starter Kit (purchased off of Hanger Project) to clean / protect my CP Chelsea's. Works like a dream.

I'm sure the Jarson Markk cleaner would work too. Just make sure you use the premium bristle

I destroyed my white achilles lows
walking my puppy these past few weeks.

Is ~$330 shipped still the best regular price? In need of a non-beater pair.
