Only have one pair of L-0 and they're ankle boots from this season (edit: boots in question are my avatar). I went with 42 as they were out of 43. I'm a US 9.5 and have somewhat wide feet.

I'm sure they will stretch out and be perfect. But right now my larger foot is not happy with me. They have a bit of a low instep and the cordovan is so thick. Had I the choice I probably would have gone with 43 and stuck an insole in there for instant comfort. But I'll deal with it and just wear them and (I'm sure) they'll be just right in a month or so.

Size up 1 without a doubt. They're pretty wide to begin with, though they taper towards the toe area.
