1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

If those aren't 5+ year old boots, then there is something wrong I suspect. I would return them if I were you.

My 2.5 year old NatCXL boots are wrinkled about that much.

Edit: Not those whiskeys, Don L., I meant the Indys!

They do look like Loden. Very cool color Indy and one you don't see very often.

    Hello everyone,

Been lurking this thread for a bit. I'm thinking of purchasing a pair of Indy boots soon and had a few questions.
At the moment, I'm stuck trying to decide between the regular Indy 405 boots and the J. Crew version of the boot. I know it's up to our personal opinion at the end of the day, but what version does everyone tend to lean towards? I'm interested in how each will look after a few months of wear. I'm a fan of the reddish-brown look and from the photos I've seen, it looks like the J. Crew version looks to have that color. What's everyone's opinion on both? Do you guys prefer one over the other and why?

These are at the top of my dream list. Surprised they aren't a more popular makeup. You wear them with class.

they are extremely popular. the problem is that they are not available. My level of class is always subject to debate on this thread, but I will nonetheless graciously accept the compliment :)

Alden for BB PTBs resoled to crepe. These are #8 but I think they're brown with minor reddish undertones.
