A sprinkle of water and a nice brushing with a horse hair brush for 10-15min should do it. If not, a little Saphir Renovateur followed by a nice brushing should do it.

Don't think those are Indy Boots. They also have a heel counter pattern and 5 eyelets with 2 speed hooks.
