This record breaking heat wave is putting the newly installed AC through its paces! Been able to keep the house in the mid 70s despite being a large, poorly sealed and insulated house. Feels good to be able to offer up comfortable space to our friend and family that aren’t as lucky as us.

Noticed some of what I think was dollar spot in my lawn before i left for a mini vacation so i threw down some basic high Nitrogen synthetic fertilizer and fungicide the night before i left. Got home tonight and mowed and i would say its 50% gone in 5 days. I was just hoping it wouldnt get worse.

Just learned that our downstairs neighbors got $1570 per square ft for their unit last month. I'm ready to FIRE it up, baby!

And here I saw a house near me sell for ~$250/sq ft and thinking the same thing.
