Just checking interest in these Alden color 8 shell tankers. Barrie last, size 9.5D. They come with all original packaging and Alden shoe trees and color 8 wax paste.

They haven’t been worn much, probably around 10 times, short wears each. They sat in the windowsill of my office so they’re sun faded. It’s my understanding that they could be re dyed if desired.

Looking for $500 shipped CONUS. Thanks!

Contrary to appearances, there is no self-interest in this post. I’ll sell to anyone who pays but I would prefer the Whiskey Caps went to a fellow SF’er. The Indy’s have a bid and the Cap’s have quite a few watchers and it’s only been a day. If someone meets the SF price of $825 net to me before I get a bid, I’ll throw in the Alden trees for free. Again, the price includes domestic shipping.

Logos are still very visible and readable. Very good pre-owned condition. Small flaw in the leather on the inner vamp of left shoe, was already on shoe and has not gotten any worse. Outsoles in great shape but show normal wear.

A little bit of inconsistency in the dye. At the cap of the right boot is most noticeable but it’s pretty standard for Alden these days.

I took a few more pics of these color 8 tankers that are a bit faded from sitting in the windowsill. I rotated them a lot.

Size 9.5D Barrie last, looking for $400 shipped CONUS. Comes with all original packaging and Alden shoe trees. These were new from Alden Madison in 2021.
