Was there any doubt?
UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here
Good luck!.

would you kindly share what rates are you being offered?Getting quoted 30yr mortgage rates at my 15yr rate though the fees are quite high. I wonder how the fees can swing so wildly from the same company on a day-to-day basis.
The new version (while still metal) is much lighterMy Ritz is really solid metal and same deal about having to send it back. I don't really like it and wish is was simple plastic or something.
Anyone else trying this out//have any opinions?Anyone follow this Risk Parity 3x Leverage ETF strategy thread on Bogleheads?

I don't pretend to understand all of the backtesting data and discussions (also sheer amount of replies) but find it interesting to read and follow the debate.

Mulling over maybe 5% or 10% exposure. Trying to figure if it's best done within a taxable account, Roth or traditional IRA.
Look's like the OP modified their allocation a bit in a new thread:
HEDGEFUNDIE's excellent adventure Part II: The next journey
55% UPRO / 45% TMF
I have 4.375% now. Maybe I should refinance.
