It's probably not what I was meant to notice, but nice tie

It is a great looking sportcoat and I expect you will enjoy it.

I agree that the jacket is too long, but that is my only complaint and it is a mere nit (one more - the
gorge is on the extreme side of high; you need it because the high button stance would otherwise give you stubby little lapels - if that button stance is not there because it has to be, maybe you should lower the button stance and the gorge keeping the lapel length about the same (or ignore all of this as the overall look is very good)).

Looks great VG. Really like the fabric and color. Nice ensemble with the navy and orange. I just received a summer weight jacket from Chan, too. I'll try getting around to post a pic soon.

VG,

Can you go out of your way and post some shots of the inside, sleeve buttons, and jacket buttons? I'd love to see some of the finer needlework details. Maybe you can hire Mafoofan as official photographer.

What I really like about this is the high gorge and the high waist, which works really whether even if the button point were a bit a lower or the length slightly different.

Don't you think it could stand to be just a little bit shorter?

In any case, it looks great. Nice choice on fabric and styling and nice execution by Chan.

Very nice, I guess it looks long because of where your arm ends but if you're going to follow the half-half rule, then I think it's fine. The camera angle doesn't do you any favours in the first pictures, your legs are longer than that and probably a little fuller too.

Great shoes too.

Those buttonholes are little works of art.

Excellent.
Are not those buttonholes keyhole shaped? Is not that a no-no?
Should not they be straight?

Amazing jacket, though.

Functional buttonholes should be keyhole shaped as it aids in the actual mechanics of buttoning and unbottoning. Lapel buttonholes, non-functional in almost all cases, should be straight rather than keyhole shaped. Correct me if I am wrong here.
