Suit fit critique requested please?

I'm trying to see how I can further improve the fit of this suit, so I would really appreciate it if you could please critique the suit fit?

Yes - I'm aware that the worst fitting item is the vest (way too big, too much excess fabric visible in the upper and lower back, too long as well). Other than that, could you guys please help me in pointing out what could further be improved for the jacket, vest and pants?

The jacket sleeves and legs are too long. Something else seems wrong with the pants, judging by the poor drape, but it is hard to pinpoint. The jacket is too tight in the upper back and should be let out at the waist. The ticket pocket was a not good choice at 5'5" - doesn't help perceived height.

Yep, the jacket is a bit pinched at the waist and the jacket sleeves and pant legs are a bit too long. I'd like to see the pants with shoes on, but the legs are too long in any event. Nothing that can't be fixed, I don't think. I can't quite figure out the drape issue; maybe the seat of the pants is too tight? I'm not sure.
