Well, for all of you still on the fence, Bruce Boyer, one of my favotie menswear author/authorities, will be there from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m., doing a book signing for his latest book, "True Style". We're arranging to have copies for sale at the event.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

You mean, Bruce Boyer, favorite subject of The Sartorialist, writer, author, menswear expert and all-around stylish guy?

Possibly, but he is not signing anything afaik. We've already got everything and the ktichen sink at this event. 22 vendors of everything from really great RTW to custom to footwear to accessories, whiskey, mac and cheese, eclairs, penhouse suites with skylights, a view of the Empire State building, and now, Bruce Boyer signing a book. It's essentially the gold shitting unicorn of menswear events.

Sounds great. I have RSVP'd. The only thing that could improve it is a Nick Wooster appearance. ;)

I'm generally half serious about everything, and half joking. You can figure out which half you'd like to believe. I am really only fully serious about food. I'm Chinese. Food is not for joking about.

Which celebrity should I invite to the trunk show today? @the shah , if don't give a suggestion, you can't complain about my choice.

Donald Trump doesn't live very far away. He might like a place to sell his neckties now that Macy's has dropped him.

Trump is hosting SNL that night. Maybe he can drop by to pick something up before the show?
