Definitely in wool. Warmest outerwear I tried from frozen waves. No idea on cotton version.

What? The alpaca jacket is a single piece of mid-weight wool with a scarf thing, it's a fall jacket.

It is the warmest thing I tried from that collection. The long coat is considerably thinner and none of the knits are particularly warm. I probably should have specified that my concept of winter is a Californian's and probably not actually useful to someone with real winters.

It's too warm to wear here except on the coldest days. Let alone with any layering.
