Last week I bought Alpha Grillers 18" bristle free grill brush off Amazon for $17. Buy it. Super sturdy and well built, works like a machine. You get the grill really hot, dip it in water, and scrub. Seriously kick ass.

I bought a Kona Safe on Saturday but haven't had a chance to use it yet. Works the same with water and heat. I paid 19 so I'm either a baller or sucker.

Now even more decisions... im in the market for a day to day grill brush. I do love my grill stone but not practical for daily use.

FYI if you are cheap like me, buy them from a restaurant supply. You get a giant brick for like $3. It’s probably 4-5x the size they sell to consumers.

Has anyone ever tried this pork belly from d’artagnan? It has me curious but wondering if there is any possible way it worth the price. My butcher charges me 3 bucks a pound.

I have wondered about "high-end" pork as well. SNR sells Kurobuta Pork, which is about twice the price of that d’artagnan belly. I'm tempted to try.

I've read of some people using it and they think it's incredible. That's just second hand info though.
