I certainly don't worry about it.
I worry about things that are worth worrying about.
Things such as......will Mr.Smith's heart start beating again when I take off the aortic crossclamp.
Will Ms Jones be able to tolerate the double valve double bypass and MAZE that she needs.

I want you to think about in stitches next time you're in the OR - like when you're cutting through the sternum I want you to think about him. It will be the thought equivalent of a MRSA infection.

you know you can just ignore people right? if you don't have the self control to not read his posts there is actually a setting where you can ignore him user CP -> Budd/Ignore list -> ignorelist copy and paste his name into ignore list and click submit, his posts will no longer appear on your screen when you are logged into sf
