1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Mainline, the Workaday look too wide for me. Thanks for the tips. I've got some Boston's as well that I've been wearing with my SS13 USN pants and they look pretty good

I was thinking Workaday....mainline are slimmer so I would think just about anything would work decently with those. Any fit pics of them?

How did you go about ordering these? Did you just call Nepenthes directly?

I'm curious myself. What was the price point? Also has anyone seen pictures of the sk8 hi anywhere yet?

Yeah placed my order directly through Nepenthes. They're receiving them as soon as next month. Might even be in this week as they receive shipments every fortnight.

I'll be getting the olive/khaki mismatch lace ups and the navy leather mismatch slip on. I'm keen to see if the mismatch lace ups come in an alternative colour way as I might get them instead of the slip ons.

Pratt and Shingles keep posting the looks are great. I'm receiving some FW gear soon and will get some pics taken as well.

In the meantime I took these recently, SS vibes as it's warming up here.

Think it might be the sk8 hi's in this look?

Got this shirt earlier in the summer and haven't had too many chances to wear it yet - looking forward to cooler weather!

You're in Oz right? I didn't think they shipped outside of CONUS. There's a Needles jacket I'm after this season that I'm not sure how to get hold of except through them, unless some random japanese webstore carries it.

Yeah man I'm in Sydney. I have a couple proxies. Namely a relative in Seattle. It's a tedious process they'll ship it to him then he will ship it to me. It's worth the trouble considering how special the items are and how inaccessible they are. All part of the specialty brand nature. Nepenthes have made exceptions in the past. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Also I've done customer orders through Gary (Drinkwater) drink8648 and he might help you with your enquiries. He's really good and will do everything he can for you. I'd start there.

If you have cousins overseas namely the states and Canada I'd start there too.

If it's any consolation the bureau will also be carrying needles they ship worldwide. Have you tried them?

Ahh Ok thanks for the suggestions man!

I've got Needles stuff from the Bureau before, just depends if they're carrying the piece I'm after. And I've actually got a couple of EG pieces on order with Gary now (button shawl in navy windowpane!). I'm sure I'll figure something out, don't have any US based cousins sadly.

really great colors together there and the fit on those Earl's is really nice. Did you just have the legs tapered some or what?

I did it myself. I basically just sewed up the inseam and on both sides. This tapered the legs a bit and shortened the rise slightly to accompany my body better. Hope that makes sense. I'm glad you liked them!
