Should I wear a belt with a polo shirt ?

In the title, and what shoes should I have on if I wear a polo and a belt. And should I tuck my belt ?

Polos tucked in pants reminds me of product photos from JCrew, Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers alike. I wonder if it has anything to do with casual Friday, where people don't want to look too casual by tucking them in. Maybe some people like that look, I don't and I won't wear polos tucked in. Wear them however you prefer. If you don't have preference I'd say don't tuck them in. Polos are casual so pair them with casual shoes, sneakers, sandals, slip-ons, etc.

You can also add professional golfers to the list of tucked polo wearers. I think it depends somewhat on the pants. Tucking a polo into jeans looks bad. Tucking it into anything with a crease looks good.
