Maybe this is veering on shame thread but gonna post here first. Like the color but also feel like it's a bit too much

I was considering that Henley as well, I'm still on the fence actually. It's pretty expensive for 'just' a layering piece + not familiar with the brand.

so here are pics

When I first saw this some time back I thought it was ugly, but now I think it's pretty cool just not sure if it'll get old quickly. True colors are more muted, dunno if a good thing:

If you're looking at RRL, the gambler's jacket looks like a better choice to me:

I'm not sure how easy or difficult it is to find at this point.
I think it's far too dumb to pass up.

Saw one on eBay right now for $1,2.

Burnt sienna's one of those tough colors to look good, sorta stuck in the repulsive 80's realm of turquoise plastic.

Considering a few items from NMWA:

Too many colors, would look more appropriate for children's wear. (no disrespect intended Greg)

eototo is cool - i endorse. i have a black linen tee shirt with a little silk trim on the sleeve "ribbing" and it sure doesn't look like a $$$ t-shirt, but i like it lots. same w a stripey colourful linen knit one.

Yeah I really like this jacket too. I can picture someone in a post apocalyptic future when there's no consumerism and people just make do with what they have left thus the patching of the leather as to repair the jacket. It also kinda reminds me of cubism particularly something from Rothko
