Shoes in Boston

Hi all,

Hope someone might have some advice here. I'm getting married in May and still need shoes to go with the suit that I bought a couple months ago (Borrelli from Filene's Basement ). I've tried going to the usual department store suspects (Saks, Barney's, etc.) and found them lacking. All the shoes seem clunky, and there are only a handfull of pairs of brown shoes in each store.

Elegant brown cap-toe oxfords can't be that hard to find, can they?

Polo on Newbury -- Edward Green models might be too expensive for your taste, but they will have some beautiful looking shoes fitting your description in the $500 range.

Louis Boston -- Not sure what they are carrying in terms of styles right now, but the Bonora shoes are fairly moderately priced ($600 or so, I think) and are very sleek.
