Hi gents

I was at P Lal in Kuala Lumpur yesterday and I came across a pair of chocolate suede double monks in their 'specials' section. This is the same as the Cheaney 'special deals' they have on their website, which I believe are basically factory seconds and/or dead stock.

These double-monks didn't have a maker's tag. However I was told that they were Cheaneys or Church's by the P Lal people.

I didn't think to take a photo of them at the time, unfortunately. I was hoping to get some help identifying the maker. They had rectangular silver buckles and cap-toes. Beveled waist. I can't remember the nail pattern unfortunately.

Any help appreciated.

Why don't you believe them?

Maybe I just want to confirm their statement.

I'll post some pics when I go back there.
