Ich_Dien: I pondered the same, but these were otherwise perfect and cheap on eBay. If anyone of my house guests asks, I'll just state my admiration to Ralph Lauren's collections and influence.

jerrybrowne: EG has spread tiny drops of some glue-like substance on the nails. They never scratch.

After quite some time of hesitation, I decided to buy these. I dislike the branding, but I got a thing for tassel loafers and I thought these were something original. I got them 75% off MSRP as well.

I don't care for tassels but I like the color, style and the branding isn't too bad...and its hard to argue with 75% off. Great purchase!! But the pink socks....
