I want every single one of those shoes.

Our local Polo store said they were going to have them then last time I visited they said corporate changed their mind. Typical. I have not been there recently. Polo has a weird marketing philosophy...make cool stuff available in NYC and London and then let every other store (no matter how wealthy the clientele) make do with the same stuff they sell in the outlet malls. Go figure.

The Marston has always been one of my dream shoes, but unfortunately the 7000 last doesn't fit me very well.

Now here is a shoe that looks better with a bit of wear. In its pristine state, I find it almost too delicate. But here, it looks great, and it's only going to get better.

I'm not too familiar with Lobb. Is this part of the prestige line?

I think the Luffield, which is very similar, is built on the 8000 last.
