Nice! Found them on their web site. What do you know, my favorite Last 888. Will call them tomorrow.

EG of the day. Another 888 last with a BB GF Fiz suit:

Edit:

Honorable mention to the OTC cashmere socks...

EG Leffot Navy "Anniversary" Westminster cordovan on order!

The good news is that 100% of the profits go to Japanese tsunami victims. In adition, Leffot claims that they are only making around 20 pairs of these.

The bad news, they will not be ready till about September

. On the plus side, they do come with lasted EG trees.

Here is a toast to my first foray into monkstraps, EG Cordovan, and navy cordovan shoes:

Edit:

By the way the shoes were not priced that bad considering that regular EGs run about $1,100-1,500 for their regular models. Yes there is an expected mark-up for cordovan but surprising not really a mark-up for the rare color and it was less than the Dinan exhaust that I had budgeted for this month.

Well, sh!t. I get around to another "Rock Your Socks" submission, and it has to be right after a post about those lovely double monks? I feel a bit like Pete Townsend when he had to follow Hendrix onstage.

Anyway, here are my vintage Sears longwings:

Well, to be fair to you, there were no socks in that picture so it is really posted in the wrong place. I was just happy about ordering them.

Pretend they are posted after my crappy iPhone pic of my EG.

Call them up. It was a bit higher than that.

First pair of denim in six years, APC New Standards, and (not new purchase) Carmina Mole Suede Chelseas via the Armoury.

Nice suede. I encourage any suede shoes. I have never been much of a fan of elastic sides on shoes, but the suede makes up for it.

Casual Friday so jeans and Darltons:

Admittedly perhaps a little Christmasy for June.
