You must have a good memory because that uniqlo dealio was from Dec 08 and to be honest my viewpoint has changed a bit since then. I have seen those side tabs before, I just didn't know they were called 'side tabs' and that is what I was asking for clarification of. The hanging cardboard shoe thing is something I simply haven't looked much into and have not seen anywhere around here. Don't see what the big deal is, sounds like you're just looking for a bone to pick.

Nice pick up. When I first saw those I thought they were light green Tricker's, like those produced for that Canadian store whose name escapes me. I'm sure you'll be quite happy with them. I have feet problems from a car accident a few years back, and my Tricker's are my only pair of shoes I can wear all day and have absolutely no foot pain from. It's like wearing New Balances, except the footbed isn't soft.
