Did you pay retail? I like them at the nike outlet malls prices but retail on them is kinda pricey. They are nice shoes however. The leather upper and insole is pretty nice and seems to wear pretty well. I've had mine for a year and a half now. I mean, they're really inoffensive low profile sneakers unless you closely inspect them. Your call really.

Other note about Chicago: As far as the Saks merchandise mix (for women go) it is typically the store that gets the most high fashion/runway behind NYC.
