The waistcoat might be a tad long, but I think it looks really sharp as it dovetails under the coat.

Clarification
Very high/long vamp without bow, covering nearly as much of the foot as an Oxford.
Definitely not the open court-style pump with or without bow!
I wear something similar in a patent leather from Bragano.
