So you've gone from acting like a child and spitting the dummy at some people having a laugh in one thread, to supporting a shill for magic diet shakes. I think we know who has the over-active wrist around here.
I dislike you.

Probably because you're from Sinee.
no, because I find your sense of humour annoying.
You do know that at your age 19% is considered fat?
I just got back from Nutrition Zone and had my BMR check I'm down to 17% BF at 205lbs. I have a lot of fat to lose still but I have a lot of muscle so its hard to tell. My goal for the summer is 11% and I'm pretty lean and hard right now but I have a long way to go.
dude, is you are achieve 11% body fat at age 34, you are facing a huge uphill battle for the rest of your life to keep it there.
Isn't this a battle worth fighting though?
When you have work, family, kids, other responsibilities and only 24 hours in a day, it gets pretty damn tough to prioritize this, and that's what it really needs to be, on top of your list. Sure it only takes 30min-1 hour a day, but when you rather use that time for sleep or forced to use it dealing with the family, you start trading one six pack for another.
I like when doodz claim they "have a lot of muscle" and when you see pics of them they are pretty slovenly and bulky, and essentially appear fat. I don't care if you think you have "lots of muscles." If it's covered by fat, you look fat. Let's call it what it is, people.
