I didn't try on any handgrades- for those who fit well into 348 last shoes, is there any handgrade last which fits similarly?

The 358 is the handgrade equivalent of the 348. The SA's in the NYC store claim that handgrades run large but this has not been my experience (3 pairs on the 358 and 4 on the 348).

The prices overall seem the same as other retailers. It was mentioned earlier in the posts that a 6% increase in price would have been implemented yesterday... Does anyone know whether this is the case?

Liberty (they have some web promo at the moment though with £30 off and free deliver for orders over 150) and Selfridges prices are very similar (£320 for monks, £340 for Hallam's )

anyone used Nano protector on white suede / nubuck? I understand that saphir invulner is safe for white, but what about nano?

Those aren't the same shoes. The Lowndes is pretty pricey on other sites.

Yes - Two pairs - they are very dressy for loafers (something about the long last) so I wear them mostly with the odd jacket/trou combos. I like a more 'casual' looking loafer for jeans/khakis.

Hello Gentleman, I would need your help regarding a C&J issue.
I have a snuff suede fetish and had the cavendish polo suede in my mind for a long time.
I found a store in portugal selling cavendish suede shoes (they had a huge colletion in store - and in fact I bought in the past the westfield as well) and decided to buy them-
the issue is when i arrive home I found the following differences to one other friend that has the same pair:

mine: reverse calf
my friend0s: calf suede

mine: color tobacco
my friends: polo suede.

do you have experience on this issue?

To honestly the colour difference (tobacco vs polo suede) doesn't bother me much, as I like it as well. The issue is that I don't want to buy shoes with inferior leather quality.
