Ah of course. I'm still on the fence with that. Which would you recommend for my first cordovan shoes? Mahogany or whiskey? (I know its up to me in the end but I just wanted to know what other people's opinions are).

Things are quite well, hope the same for you!

Things in the design world went from famine to feast about 6 months ago. I don't hang on SF at the moment. But hope to be back at some point.

I've moved on the Paleo diet boards in the meantime. Gotta be addicted to learning something new - ya know?

    Well Gents,

I am fucking ecstatic on this Friday evening as my MTO C&J's have just arrived...

    Details:
Model C&J Burnham (Tetbury with a buckle instead of lace)
    Last: 348
    Leather: Navy Grain
    Sole: Dainite

Review: Doing an MTO with C&J was very easy and definitely turned out great. Will do more MTO's in the future for certain.

EDIT: I want to add...with C&J, unlike other makers, they are very flexible and willing to make design changes and are open to just about anything. This is something I really liked about doing the MTO with them!!!
