if you weren't a pig you wouldn't sweat like one
According to a buddy of mine, a doc told him that the yellow is caused by a mix of your sweat and the deoderant you use because of a certain chemical reaction-- one that doesn't occur when you use a natural deoderant. Not sure if that's true for everyone but it might be worth a shot.
do you use it? does it work?

The culprit is the Aluminum salts used in deodorants. Before going to extremes, there are modern deo's without Aluminum. I haven't got any issues with current Old Spice.
Or just shave em once a week.
