Definitely my sentiment - that is why I wasn't bothered switching from mini-ripple to full sand if that is what it would take to make this happen. Wear hard for 2 years and send back to Viberg for a sole of my choosing.

Has this been confirmed that we can go to a tan ripple if the boots gets made? Or is it white?

I wonder if latigo takes to antiquing? This blue one would be a mad boot, especially considering the navy shell's are no where in sight. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- A pic of the navy in a different light; it's not always so bright.

Just picked these up used on the bay....any tips for cleaning or caring for latigo leather? They are a navy mto from a few years ago according to seller.

Thoughts on what sole you'll change out to?

I may do the sand colored wedge soles or double leather with a dainite heel depending on how the uppers age.

They will all be made as large sand ripple, unless Fok says otherwise. They haven't gone into production and we agreed amongst ourselves to change that single spec. So we are good. Now just cross your fingers that we have the votes.

If they were anything besides a black tongue, I would vote for these. Not a fan of the black tongue. Roughout in a dark brown would have been pretty cool and preferred at least by me.

There's quite some variation on the blue shade. It looks pretty bright then looks almost black. I'm confused!
