Nah, another 1 hour-ep.

Jon can wait, his story's at a good enough point for a season break. They've been building up Robb's bad-assery for a while now, since we didn't get to actually see him in the Whispering Wood I'd love to see a bit of time devoted to how he outsmarted Tywin and Jaimie.

Actually as far as the books go,
only Daenerys has any significant development, everything else is tying up loose ends.

Best episode of the whole season. ******* ended strong. edit: not even just Dany, but everyone. I mean the whole episode was so dynamic and covered so much ground. You get a real visceral sense of all of these paths building steam and rushing on towards this cataclysmic head.

Just finished the ep. They did a damn good job staying truthful to the book. I really wish Danerys would have come out of the fire bald though. That would have been cool.

Maybe it is b/c I knew what was coming but I honestly thought the last scene was a little weak. I would have liked to see more of a huge ******* fire and dany emerging hairless from the coals still glowing in the dark but I can't really complain.
Nice to see Rickson included.

Season two will be a blast. So much good **** happens.
