Hi Guys/Gals...

New Barbour guy here and just recieved a Vintage Beaufort in Excellent condition...thing is I would like to add a hood but the actual color evades. From the pics is this the Olive, Sage, Rustic brown or......looking to pick one up from here.
Also this Beaufort takes a snap in liner...but not going there just yet.

Looking forward to wear it but it is currently -10C here in Toronto...so still down parka weather.

My Border with the zip-in lining will do just fine in that temp in Chicago. The manner in which a Barbour insulates in your body heat can't be understated. They were originally designed for fishermen in the North Sea after all, not Sloan Rangers on weekend in Kent. The downside though is that bitter cold, dry air will wreak havoc on the coat. Make sure that's it's very well waxed, and that you monitor it for any dry patches. I didn't do that, and when I finally sent it off for repairs, those repairs came to exactly one dollar more than the cost of a new coat.

Anyone know the sleeve length of the Bedale Classic in size C36 and C38 ?

I’m indisposed to being able to measure it now, but I have it in 38 and my sleeve length with shirts is 32/33. The coats arms fit perfectly. Hope that helps.

Recently bought a Beaufort and I am impressed. The cut is roomier than I'm used to but that just allows for more layering (sport coats). I love it. What lining would you recommend for winter?

Looks great! Do you mind if I ask where you bought it?

Anyone familiar with the Collingwood trench model? Scant info online but I am watching a few on eBay. Haven’t bought one yet because I can’t find any pics of it being worn and fear it might be one of those short trench coats.
