No, it is an Albert knot where you pass the big blade under both loops instead of just the top one.

Yeah, I'd wear that - solid overall. Don't think the sleeve buttons really work, though, and I'm not fond of faking it. +1 on the cufflinks, I like those, and the grey silk ps --I wear lots of solid grey silks.

Yeah its a serious curves adjustment in photoshop and someone clicked the unsharp mask filter a few times it appears.
