How come some of these BBBF shirt have 346 tags?

Are you just not so bright or are you trying to disparage my merchandise? This looks like a threadsh** to me.

None of these shirts have 346 labels and you know it. They have paper 346 price tags. The Clearance Center uses paper 346 tags for everything, up to and including $2200 Golden Fleece suits. Why do they use those tags? Probably because that is what they have.

And nice job of editing your post to change "label" to "tag" after I posted this.
